The U.S. men’s basketball team have enjoyed an incredible few weeks, with the star-studded roster successfully defeating France in the final of the 2024 Paris Olympics to secure the coveted gold medal.

Throughout this time, basketball fans were treated to a team that included the likes of LeBron James, Stephen Curry, and Kevin Durant – certainly a rare sight. However, one lucky fan is about to receive a collectable unlike any other on the market.

So, what’s up for grabs? Well, Topps has announced a new one-of-one trading card featuring James, Curry, and Durrant in their Team USA uniforms. However, there’s a lot more to this card than that. Notably, this card includes the autographs of all three players and has become the first-ever LeBron autographed Topps card, the first-ever card featuring LeBron and Curry, and the first-ever triple of LeBron, Curry, and Durant. 

Senior vice president of Topps, Clay Luraschi, noted, “This card pays tribute to the incredible moment that we saw during the Olympics where three of the greatest active basketball players combined to take home the gold medal. There have been many different autograph cards throughout basketball trading card history, but this is the first time these three players have signed the same card. So, it makes it very unique”.

The base card has been on sale for $11.99 and the lucky winner of the redemption card will be selected at random. Founder of Goldin Auctions, Ken Goldin, has already spoken about its potential value, noting, ” I think the card is easily six figures”. However, he also suggested, “The fact it is not a pulled card caps its value”.
