Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp has sold his stunning Oregon home approximately one year after first listing it for sale. Having originally put an asking price of $3.5 million on the property, the 2022 Super Bowl champion eventually settled for $3 million, and it’s fair to say that football fans around the world will be somewhat jealous not to own it themselves.
With natural stone finishes and hardwood flooring, the inside of the property provides a touch of class expected in the former home of a high-profile NFL player. However, the dwelling offers much more than that. Notably, the estate comes with a 4,600-square-foot indoor football field and training facility, which is sure to be the envy of football fans. Other than that, the new owner will enjoy a separate 2,000-square-foot guesthouse, lofted ceilings in the main 5,700-square-foot house, 5 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, en-suite bathrooms with heated floors, and all the modern appliances you could dream of.
Considering how incredible the home sounds, many people will be wondering why Kupp wanted to sell it in the first place. However, his realtor noted, “Cooper decided to sell the Wilsonville property because the family is spending more time in California than originally planned. He originally purchased the home and retrofitted the training facility to accommodate his off-season training program. This is where he prepared and trained before Super Bowl LVI where he was named MVP”.
