After losing both home games to fall 0-2 down in the ALCS, the Blue Jays certainly were up against it when they traveled to Seattle for Game 3. And while the Mariners may well have been thinking that they could dominate again to get one win away from a sweep, the Blue Jays threw a massive spanner in the works with an offensive rout few were expecting. Even the 13-4 scoreline in favor of Toronto doesn’t fully do justice to their performance, given how heavily they scored in the middle part of the game.
